Bricktown's only railroad!!          
In the 1930's there were efforts to build a cable car from Lakewood to Point Pleasant Beach via Brick, they put the tracks down as far as Point Boro but never continued. Test trains were ran but never revenue service. The ROW still remains and is now owned by JCP&L, this is on the Brick-Lakewood border near Pinewood Park
